Givenchy has officially released a preview into a range of kids clothing for autumn/winter ‘17/’18. The collection is made of 130 pieces and includes everything from streetwear looks to couture dresses.
The new range which will come out twice yearly is arriving in July and be distributed to approximately 150 stores around the world.
Set to drop just ahead of Clare Waight Keller’s appointment to the role of creative director, the pieces will cater for both girls and boys as well as newborns. Givenchy has said the designs will be a “mini-me” take on the iconic Givenchy pieces.
“It’s an organic extension. It’s not about putting the logo on a commercial product, it’s really an extrapolation of a certain look, turning it into a very candid and romantic way of dressing the next generation of customers.” said Philippe Fortunato, Givenchy’s CEO.
Expect to see everything from oversize logo-emblazoned sweaters to chunky lace-up boots to edgy denim and bomber jackets in dark tone hues.
Shop the collection in July 2017 in selected stores in France, the U.K., Italy, Northern Europe, the U.S., the Middle East, Asia, as well as on givenchy.com with prices ranging
from AUD $115 to $530.
